Characteristic Features

Rather compressed, elongate shell with bluntly pointed umbones and long, straight, ventral margin. Coarse, concentric growth lines. Glossy, bright green, occasionally with bluish edges. Bluish green periostracum.

Habitat

Attach on rock of 5 - 6 m deep.
Size

~120 mm (shell length).

Indo-Pacific.
