Pacific: Japan as far north as Hokkaido and Korea south to Taiwan
and Hong Kong.
Habitat:
Shore fish, migrates to deeper waters in winter.
Economy:
Commercial fish with fairly high price. By capture fishery, no/rarely aquaculture.
Specimen found: Bought at Yue Wan Estate Market, Chai Wan, Hong
Kong
