Hotel Information

Six suggested hotels ranged from HK$288 (Approx. US$37) to HK$620 (Approx. US$79) per night, whose information is on the conference webpage.

Reservation will be done by yourself. Please mark down on your hotel registration form the conference title.

Getting to City University by train (KCR) or subway (MTR)

The City University is located at the Kowloon Tong station which can be reached by both KCR (train) and MTR (subway).  Bus service is also available but is not recommended.  A taxi from the Hong Kong International Airport to the city will cost about HK$350 (1 US$ = 7.8 HK$).  Taxi fare is NOT charged individually.  The cost will be the same up to a maximum of 5 passengers.  Extra fare will be charged on luggage.  Hotel shuttle bus will be available depending on which hotel you stay.

For KCR

Please exit at Kowloon Tong station and go to Festival Walk (a large shopping mall). The university link tunnel is located on level LG1 of the Festival Walk shopping mall and takes you directly to the campus. The main lecture theatre is LT15 which is located on the 4th Floor, Purple Zone of the Academic Building.

For MTR

Please exit at Kowloon Tong station via Exit C to City University. The tunnel will guide you to the Festival Walk shopping mall and the university can be reached as described in the above.
