Introduction
Dr. Huang obtained his Bachelor
(1998) and Master degree (2001) in Automatic Control from Northeastern
University of China and PhD (2006) in Control Engineering from the University
of Oxford. He is now an associate professor (since July 2015). Before he joined
City University of Hong Kong in September 2009 as an assistant professor, he
was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Building Services
Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include
building energy efficiency, data fusion, uncertainty analysis and robust
control. His research aims to
promote the reliability of building automation system by enhancing the
reliability of measurement, control and management so as to reduce the energy
