CityU HPC

    Burgundy is the HPC at CityUHK available for resaerch and teaching purposes. Basic information can be found in https://www.cityu.edu.hk/its/services-facilities/hpc-account-request. The bacic usage of the HPC can be found at https://www.cityu.edu.hk/csc/deptweb/support/guidelines/studentlan/HPC_userguide.htm (login required).

Linux Command

    Knowing Linux environment is important for scientific computing. A tutorial of Linux command can be found at https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/command-line-for-beginners.

SSH Clients

    Although the SSH command is available in modern Windows systems, client softwares are also recommended. Putty is a simple client with many references available on the internet. Bitvise also offers its client software freely.

NS6001 Report Template

    In order to assist our group members in generating a better-formatted NS6001 report, the lab head has prepared a latex template. You can simply copy this overleaf project to you overleaf account and start editing. You may begin by replacing words in the manuscript file, if you don't know any thing about latex.
